Hi, I’m Carly — teacher, wife, dog mom, and the heart behind The Coastal Stitchery.

By day, I’m in the classroom. By night (and weekends), I’m creating custom pieces that bring personality and joy into your home. What started as a simple gift — my husband surprising me with my very first embroidery machine — quickly turned into something so much bigger than either of us ever expected.

I began stitching for fun, then for friends… and before I knew it, The Coastal Stitchery was born.

From wreath sashes to baby keepsakes, clothing, and fully custom pieces, I love creating items that feel personal, meaningful, and uniquely yours. Every design is stitched with care and a whole lot of heart.

The Coastal Stitchery isn’t just a name — it’s a reflection of where my heart feels most at home. Some of our family’s sweetest memories are made at the coast. It represents peace, togetherness, and the comfort of home — the same feeling I hope my custom pieces bring to you.
